MEYER LEMON CHEESE CAKE BARS

Ingredients

1 9oz jar E&V Meyer Lemon Curd
1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
9 Graham cracker (1 package)
1/4 pound butter

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Whip together E&V Meyer Lemon Curd and cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl crush graham crackers into a course flour texture and heat butter in the microwave just until melted. Pour butter into graham cracker crumbs and mix with fingers until well incorporated. Press graham mixture into a 9 inch square glass baking dish, pressing down to create crust. Gently spread lemon cream cheese mixture over crust and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly browned around edges and set in center. Let cool completely before cutting. Cut into 9 even bars. Serves 9


Tressa's Tip: This dessert can be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
