1 pound Brioche 2 cups milk 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade 2 eggs ½ cup sugar 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces Optional: Cinnamon sugar topping: combine 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Preparation: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut Brioshe into cubes. In a large shallow bowl mix together milk and vanilla extract add bread and let soak for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl whisk together Mandarin Pumpkin Marmalade, eggs and sugar until well mixed. Fold mixture into soaked bread and transfer to a buttered 9-inch square baking dish. Dot with butter and dust with cinnamon sugar, bake for 45 minutes, until tips of bread are golden. Optional: sprinkle the top with cinnamon sugar before baking. Serves 6 to 8 |
