Ingredients: 1 lb Brussels sprouts 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon Earth & Vine Provisions Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tablespoons Earth & Vine Provisions Lemon Dill Mustard 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation: Steam or boil Brussles sprouts until tender. In a stainless steel sauce pan brown butter over medium heat, swirling often, cooking about 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and add Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Lemon Dill Mustard Drain Brussels sprouts and toss with mustard sauce, pine nuts and salt and pepper to taste.
