LEMON DILL DRESSING
Ingredients:
½ cup + 2 tablespoons buttermilk
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Lemon Dill Mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked pepper
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and chill
SALAD
Ingredients:
1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
12 oz smoked salmon, flaked
8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1 avocado, diced
¼ small red onion, sliced into thin rings
1 large tomato, diced
Preparation:
Divide lettuce on 4 large plates, top with evenly divided ingredients and drizzle with Lemon Dill ranch dressing.
Serves 4 entrée salads or 8 side salads.
