Ingredients:
½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup buttermilk 2 tablespoons Earth & Vine Provisions Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard (use 3 tablespoons if you like it hotter) 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 medium garlic clove, crushed 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper 1 cup crumbled blue cheese Cooking Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients except for blue cheese in a medium size bowl, fold in blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Tressa's Tip: This is one of the best blue cheese dressings, it continues to get better as it sits in the refrigerator for a few days. Great dip for buffalo wings or turkey salads and taco salads. |
