CHIPOTLE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING & DIP Ingredients: ½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup buttermilk 2 tablespoons Earth & Vine Provisions Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard (use 3 tablespoons if You like it hotter) 3 tablespoons olive oil 2 tablespoons sour cream 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 medium garlic clove, crushed 1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
Preparation: Combine all ingredients except for blue cheese in a medium size bowl, fold in blue cheese, Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. This recipe makes extra dressing so serve a platter of fresh cut celery, carrots and bell pepper sticks with chicken wings.
CHICKEN WINGS Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken wings Remainder of Earth & Vine Provisions Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard 3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut chicken wings between the bones; discard the wing tip if you purchased them with the wing tip. Put chicken wings in a large bowl, in a small bowl whisk together Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard and olive oil. Pour mustard mix over chicken wings and toss until well coated. Place chicken wings on a large baking tray so that wings are all on a single layer and not over lapping. Place wings in pre-heated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until done. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes and serve. These wings have a great smoky sweet aroma and flavor. Serve as an appetizer with Chipotle Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, ranch dressing or with macaroni or potato salad for fun tailgate munchies.
