Ingredients: 1 ½ lbs russet potatoes 4 oz goat cheese 3 tablespoons Earth & Vine Provisions Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard 2 tablespoon unsalted butter 1 cup whole milk 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
Preparation: Peel and cube potatoes. Boil till tender and soft. Drain potatoes and mash with goat cheese, Chipotle Honey Lime Mustard and butter until melted and incorporated. Stir in milk, salt to taste and serve.
