INGREDIENTS: PREPARATION: You will need a 11”x1” tart pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim rind off Brie and let it come to room temperature. In a medium bowl combine ground ginger snaps and pecans. Melt butter in microwave and mix butter into ginger mixture until moist. Firmly press mixture into bottom of tart pan evenly and bake crust for 10 minutes or until slightly golden. Remove from oven, while crust is hot gently spread Brie over crust and let cool. When cool spread Spiced Fig Pear Fruit Butter over Brie, fan out sliced pear and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Serve at room temperature. |
