CINNAMON CARAMEL PEAR TART

Ingredients:
1 un-baked pie dough round
2 ripe Bartlett pears
1/8 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch
4 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce
9” tart pan
 

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Thaw pie dough according to package directions. Press dough into tart pan and set aside.  Peal and cut pears into thin slices, toss with sugar.

In a separate bowl mix together 1/8 cup Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce with corn starch until well blended, toss sauce into pears and pour mixture into tart pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and crust is golden brown around edges.

Serve with ginger ice cream and extra Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce
