BLACK RASPBERRY MOJITO

Ingredients:
1/8 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Black Raspberry Beverage Elixir
6 mint leaves
¼ cup seltzer water
¼ cup light rum
1 tablespoon lime juice
Lime wedge for garnish

Preparation:
In a sturdy glass combine black raspberry beverage elixir and mint leaves, crush mint leaves in syrup with the end of a wooden spoon.  Pour contents into old fashioned glass filled with ice and add seltzer water and rum, stir and garnish with a lime slice.
