MANGO FOOL

 

Ingredients:
17 oz bottle Earth & Vine Provisions Mango Mambo Beverage Elixir
2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
¼ cup heavy cream

Preparation:
In a heatproof cup sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of Mango Mambo Beverage Elixir and let sit for one minute. Place cup in a pan of simmering water until gelatin is melted.  Pour the rest of the bottle of Mango Mambo into a medium sized bowl and stir in gelatin mixture. With an electric mixture beat whipping cream until it holds stiff peaks, gently fold cream into puree, cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 8 hours.

Note: You can chill mixture in bowl and divide into dessert cups before serving or chill in individual dessert cups.
