Ingredients: Lavosh wraps or large spinach tortillas Cream cheese Earth & Vine Provisions Cranberry Shallot Relish Thin sliced turkey Red leaf lettuce Cooking Instructions: On a Lavosh wrap or tortilla spread a thin layer of cream cheese all the way to the edge, spread Cranberry Shallot Relish over cream cheese leaving one end of wrap with just the cream cheese edge. Layer with thin slices of turkey and lettuce leaf, leaving the end with cream cheese. Roll wrap starting at end with turkey and lettuce. The end with cream cheese will stick wrap together. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Slice into pinwheels before serving. Make ahead up to 4 hours. Tressa's Tip: This also makes a great lunch wrap for the office or a picnic. |
