1 English cucumber 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Lemon Dill Mustard Sauce & Dip 1 teaspoon sea salt 3 medium to large garlic cloves, crushed Pita chips or pita bread Cooking Instructions Peel cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. With a small spoon scoop out cucumber seeds and discard, cut cucumber into cubes. In a food processor puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve with pita bread or pita chips. This also makes a great dip for steamed artichokes, steamed vegetables or serve alongside lamb or chicken. |
