MANGO HORSERADISH COLESLAW
INGREDIENTS:
1 bag coleslaw mix 1 mango, diced 1 orange, segmented 2 cups pomegranate seeds 2 cups jicama, julienne 1/2 cup red onion, thin sliced 2/3 cups Earth & Vine Provisions Mago Horseradish Seafood Sauce & Dip 1/2 cup mayonnaise Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
PREPARATION: In a large bowl add coleslaw, mango, orange, pomegranate seeds, jicama, and onion. Toss to combine. In a separate smaller bowl mix together Mango Horseradish Seafood Sauce and mayonnaise. Pour into slaw mixture and toss until well coated. Excellent served with cod in a corn tortilla.
