POTATO ASPARAGUS SALAD Ingredients:
Preparation: Boil Potatoes until tender and cut in quarters. Trim asparagus and blanch just until tender, cut into 1 inch pieces. Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until tender and lightly transparent. Let ingredients cool and toss with mayonnaise and Meyer Lemon Rosemary Marinade & Dressing. Serves 4 |
