INGREDIENTS:
1 large angel food cake
1 basket fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz Earth & Vine Provisions California Strawberry Champagne Culinary Sauce
Fresh whipped cream lightly sweetened
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

PREPARATION:
Toss fresh cut strawberries with 8 oz of Earth & Vine Provisions California Strawberry Champagne Culinary Sauce. Spoon strawberries and sauce over slices of angel food cake and top with whipped cream and a sprig of mint.
