1 cup Earth & Vine Provisions Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade 1 tablespoon pure sesame seed oil ¼ teaspoon finealy grated fresh ginger 6.75 oz package rice noodle sticks 2 green onions, thinly sliced ½ red bell pepper, cut into match sticks ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into match sticks 8 oz can pineapple chunks PREPARATION: In a separate bowl blend together the first three ingredients and set aside. Cover rice noodles with hot water for ten minutes to soften, drain and rinse with cold water. Divide noodles on four plates and drizzle with even amounts of dressing. Top with bell peppers, green onions and pineapple. Optional: Add sliced grilled chicken or prawns, sprinkle with peanuts or cashews. Serves 4 |
