6 baking apples 1 ½ cups whole rolled oats 9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney ½ cup walnuts, chopped 8 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce Mild to medium cheddar cheese, optional Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Core and scoop out apples, creating a cavity without going all the way through bottom. In a medium bowl mix together oats, Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney and walnuts. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are soft throughout. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving. Serve with wedges of cheddar cheese. Serves 6 as a dessert. |
