6 Baking apples 1 ½ cups whole rolled oats 9oz Earth & Vine Provisions Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney ½ Cup walnuts, chopped 8oz Earth & Vine Provisions Cinnamon Caramel Pear Chutney Mild to Medium Cheddar Cheese (optional) Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Core and scoop out apples, creating a cavity without going all the way through bottom. In a medium bowl mix together oats, Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney and walnuts. Drizzle a teaspoon of Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce over each apple and bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are soft throughout. Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving, drizzle with remaining Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce and wedges of cheddar cheese. Serves 6 as a dessert. |
