15.5 oz Canned corn kernels, drained 15.5 oz Canned black beans, drained and rinsed 1/3 Cup Earth & Vine Provisions Roma Tomato Chili Melange Spread and Dip 4 Scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped) 2 tablespoons flat leaf parsley (chopped) ½ teaspoon ground cumin sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste PREPARATION: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour so flavors can marry. It will keep well for up to 2 days. Notes: This colorful salad/salsa is great with seafood, or as a dip with corn chips.
