INGREDIENTS: 1 ½ lbs Green beans, trimmed and cut in half
7 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Papaya Orange Habanero Preserve
4 Tablespoons butter
1 Medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 Teaspoon fresh thyme, lightly chopped
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste
PREPARATION: Bring large pot of water to a boil, add green beans and boil until crisp-tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large skillet melt butter, add onions and sauté until lightly browned and soft, add Papaya Orange Habanero Preserve and melt. Add green beans and thyme into glaze and toss until well coated. Salt and pepper to taste.
