INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Brussels sprouts
3 Oz bacon
½ Cup shredded parmesan cheese
6 to 8 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Spicy Apple Garlic Jam
PREPARATION: Cut bacon and fry until crispy, drain on paper towel and set a side.
In a large pan bring water to a boil, add Brussels sprouts and boil until tender.
Drain and toss with bacon, parmesan cheese and Spicy Apple Garlic Jam .
Serve warm.
