INGREDIENTS: ¼ Cup Earth & Vine Provisions Tangerine Fig Balsamic Culinary Sauce 1/8 Cup extra virgin olive oil 1 Basket fresh figs, use dried if fresh figs are not available 8 Cups fresh arugula 1/3 Cup raw almonds, coarsely chopped ¼ lb Pancetta, cooked, drained and crumbled ¼ lb Camembert style cheese, cut into 8 small wedges
PREPARATION: Whisk together Earth & Vine Provisions Tangerine Fig Balsamic Culinary Sauce and olive oil. Place figs and arugula in a medium sized bowl and toss with dressing. Plate salad and top with almonds and pancetta. Serve with wedges of Camembert cheese. Serve 4
