INGREDIENTS: 20 oz Loaf of olive and feta bread 6 oz Goat cheese 1/3 Cup Earth & Vine Provisions Roma Tomato Chili Melange Spread and Dip 5 oz Sliced salami 4 oz White cheddar, thinly sliced 6 oz Prosciutto or ham, thinly sliced Red onion, thinly sliced to taste Greek pepperoncinis, sliced to taste.
PREPARATION: Slice the bread in half, lengthwise. Using your hands, scoop out the inside of each half to make a shallow pocket. Smear the inside of both halves of bread with goat cheese, then Earth & Vine Provisions Roma Tomato Chili Melange Spread and Dip Layer the meats and cheddar cheese on bottom half of bread, top with onion and pepperoncinis. Cover with bread top and tightly wrap the bread with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours. To serve, unwrap the loaf and cut into wedges. Serves 6 to 8
