INGREDIENTS: 5 to 6 lb Duckling 1 Orange, cut into 4 wedges with skin on 4 Medium yellow onions, peeled and cut into 4 wedges 1 Cup Earth & Vine Provisions Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 305. Place the duck in a large roasting pan. Stuff cavity with orange wedges, place cut onion around duck. Pour Earth & Vine Provisions Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce over and into duck cavity. Salt and pepper to taste, bake for approximately two hours or until done. Serve duck with roasted onions orange wedges Serves 4
