INGREDIENTS: 4 oz soft goat cheese 4 oz cream cheese 6 oz fresh blackberries, or 15 blackberries 8 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Blackberry Ginger Culinary Sauce 1 unbaked pie shell 4 - 4.5” tart shell pan or one large tart pan Fresh whip cream for serving
PREPARATION: Press pie dough into 4 small tart pans or one large tart pan, crimp edges, with a fork prick holes in the bottom of pie shell and pre bake according to package direction. Remove from oven and let cool completely. In a medium sized bowl mix together goat cheese, cream cheese and 5 tablespoons Earth & Vine Provisions Blackberry Ginger Culinary Sauce until smooth and well blended. Spread cheese mixture over tart shells or shell to edges. Put a dollop of fresh whipped cream in center of tart and place berries around cream. Drizzle a teaspoon of Earth & Vine Provisions Blackberry Ginger Culinary Sauce over whip cream and berries and serve. Serves 4 to 6
