INGREDIENTS: 8 oz light cream cheese 7 oz marsh mellow crème 20 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 Teaspoon orange zest 4 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Caribbean Banana Caramel Culinary Sauce
PREPARATION: With a hand mixer, blend cream cheese and marsh mellow crème together. With beaters on low blend in Earth & Vine Provisions Caribbean Banana Caramel Culinary Sauce . Add pineapple and orange zest until well blended. This will yield enough to frost two angel food cakes or frost and layer an 8 inch cake Frosting is soft so pour over cake and let it drip down sides. Optional: Sprinkle unsweetened toasted coconut on frosted cake. Excellent dip for fresh cut fruit.
