INGREDIENTS: 3 Bosc pears, This variety of pear is very firm, which makes them ideal for baking 1 Lemon, freshly squeezed 3 Tablespoons unsalted butter ¾ Cup Earth & Vine Provisions Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce
PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut pears into quarters and scoop out core with a melon baler. Place butter in a shallow two quart baking dish and melt in oven about two minutes, add pears and lemon juice to butter dish, toss and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce , blending well. Return to oven for another 20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream and pound cake, drizzle dessert sauce from dish over dessert.
