INGREDIENTS: 3 Bosc pears, This variety of pear is very firm, which makes them ideal for baking 1 lemon, freshly squeezed 3 tablespoons unsalted butter ¾ cup Earth & Vine Provisions Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce
PREPARATION: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel pears and cut in half, scoop out core with a melon scoop or spoon. Place butter in a shallow two quart baking dish and melt in oven for about two minutes, add pears and lemon juice to butter dish, gently toss pears to coat and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and add drizzle with Pomegranate Pear with Port Culinary Sauce. Return to oven for another 20 minutes. Great served with vanilla ice cream and pound cake.
