APRICOT JAM PASTRY TWIST

INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet puff pastry dough from a 17.1/4 oz package
9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Apricot Pineapple Tangerine Jam
Fresh whipped cream


PREPARATION:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Thaw puff pastry according to package directions.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a slightly floured surface roll out pastry sheet to a 12 by 10 inch rectangle, then cut in half lengthwise.
Cut each half crosswise into four 5 x 3 inch strips, for a total 8 strips.
Spread each strip with a 1/2 tablespoon of Apricot Pineapple Tangerine Jam, fold in half lengthwise and then twist each strip three times.
Place on lined baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Let cool slightly; serve with fresh whipped cream.
