PONZU CRAB SPREAD

Ingredients:

1 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Earth & Vine Provisions Chili Ponzu Marinade

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 scallion, trimmed & finely chopped

1 tablespoon finely diced celery

1 tablespoon finely diced red bell pepper

1 tablespoon capers, chopped

6 oz Dungeness crab meat, drained, pick

over to make sure all crab shell is removed

Cooking Instructions:

Combine the first six ingredients well, fold in the crab meat. Serve on crackers, Endive spears or with good quality potato chips. Serves 4 to 6
