TOFU PINEAPPLE KABOBS (Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade)

 Recipe Suggestion:

Marinate firm tofu in E&V Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Thread (pre-soaked) wooden skewers with the following:  Tofu cubes, pineapple chunks, red and yellow bell peppers. Add additional vegetables or proteins.
