BRIOCHE TOAST WITH VANILLA MASCARPONE (Peach Chipotle Jam)

Ingredients:

6 to 8 slices brioche bread

8 ounces mascarpone cheese

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 jar E&V Peach Chipotle Jam

2 to 3 sprigs fresh thyme

Preparation & Cooking Instructions:

Whip mascarpone and vanilla extract until smooth. Toast brioche slices and spread with vanilla mascarpone cheese and top with a spoonful of E&V Peach Chipotle Jam and thyme leaves.
